A great place to take the kids or have a date night, films to suit all for a great price. They serve all the food you would need for your viewing pleasure and I must admit that the child in me still has to have a Tango Ice Blast when I'm there! I honestly can't fault the place, helpful staff, clean and tidy and an all round great day out no matter how old you are. Definitely a 5* review from me and I look forward to my next movie!
Always good, cant go wrong really with cinema service. Ice cream, hot dogs and nachos. Soft drink, popcorn and water. Theres a bar which never looks manned. Always clean though. Air conditioned so take a covee up!

Staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Parking was good. Only negative was the very lower resolution of the projector. I have not been to any cinema for a long time and comparing it to our old HD TV might be unfair but would be expecting to get a good or better picture and sound than one can get at home.
Always enjoy movies here. Love the premier seating option. Although they tend to leave the lights on during the film, I'd prefer pitch black

Lovely old style theatre. Good atmosphere. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Strange location to find an old theatre as it's in the middle of a modern shopping precinct, but nonetheless a great venue.
Nice venue with good seating compared to many theatres. Has a range of music, dance and comedy performances as well as plays. Nice ice cream available during the interval!

Lovey theatre. Grand interior. Great shows. Have returned many times. Would highly recommend.
Staff are perfect, saw a great pantomime (Alladin 2018). Fire alarm false alarmed, could not evacuate disabled wheelchaired person down wheelchair lift (it failed multiple times). Also wheelchair lift has a ridiculous set of right angled entrances... the whole thing looks like an expensive waste of money... shame... go to maidstone museum and take a look at what you should have installed... In an extreme fire my wife may have got trapped on that thing.... My recommendation: Claim against whoever installed the lift as it never should have been approved past it's survey

We went to see Dirk Gently and his Holistic Detective Agency. The theatre is great! Only about 100 seats so no-one is too far away from the stage. There is a cute little bar and a coffee bar too. The actors in the cast are brilliant and the whole experience was fantastic!
Great plays. Good value and a cheap night out.
